＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿
イタリア語で「陽気に食べよう」を意味する「陽気にマンジャーレ」。 その名の通り、訪れる人々が肩肘張らずに料理とワインを楽しみ、活気に満ちた時間を過ごせる温かな空間を目指しました。
このプロジェクトは、特別なストーリーから始まりました。
かつて、この土地”加古川市”で愛され同じ店名のイタリアンレストラン。
そのシェフの息子さんが、旧友である私たちのクライアントと共に、その場所、その屋号に新しい命を吹き込むという素敵な計画を聞いたとき、私たちは胸が躍りました。
これは単なる店舗デザインではなく、大切な記憶と熱い想いを未来へとつなぐ、非常に魅力的で楽しいプロジェクトだと感じ、ぜひ力添えしたいと強く思いました。
私たちのデザインの核心は、「時を重ねた素材に、心地よい時間と活気を織り込むこと」です。
年月を経てきた素材が持つ温かみと風合いを最大限に尊重しました。床には足場板の古材を用い、その深い年輪とテクスチャーを空間全体に。特注のエイジングウッドのテーブルは、手に馴染む豊かな表情で、食事の時間を優しく支えます。
木の力強い存在感が店の骨格となり、訪れる人々に懐かしさと安らぎを感じさせます。
席は、シェフとの会話が楽しめる8席のカウンター、友人との食事に最適な25席のテーブル、そして食後の余韻を楽しむ5席のミニバーを設け、多様なシーンに対応します。
照明は、クラシックで温かみのある演出を徹底しました。黒鉄素材のシャンデリアやブラケット照明が、壁面にリズミカルな陰影を生み出し、空間に奥行きを与えます。
カウンターやテーブル上のガラスペンダントは、料理やお客様の表情を最も美しく見せるよう、柔らかな光で食卓を照らします。
壁面はモルタルと塗装のコントラストで空間に奥行きを演出し、手洗いスペースにはクラシックな気品を添えるグリーンの壁と真鍮素材を組み合わせました。
ファサードの木のガラス框戸はアンティーク調に塗装し、黒鉄の取手や蝶番がアクセントになっています。昼は自然光が差し込み、夜は店内の温かな灯りが街を優しく彩る、街の風景に溶け込む店構えです。
「陽気にマンジャーレ」は、ただ食べるだけの場所ではありません。時を超えて受け継がれた想いと、素材の温もりに包まれ、会話が自然と弾み、記憶に残るひとときを過ごせる空間です。

"Yogini Mangiare" (陽気にマンジャーレ) literally means "Let’s Eat Joyfully" in Italian. True to its name, we aimed to create a warm, lively space where guests can comfortably relax and savor both the food and the wine.
This project began with a wonderful narrative. Hearing the plan from our client—the old friend of the son of the former chef—to breathe new life into the same place and name of the beloved Italian restaurant that once stood here, we were thrilled. We felt this was not just a design job, but a highly engaging and enjoyable project that would connect cherished memories and deep passion to the future. We eagerly offered our full support.
The core of our design is to weave cozy time and vitality into materials matured by time.
Instead of building anew, we deeply respected the warmth and character of materials that have aged gracefully. We used antique scaffolding planks for the floor, bringing a sense of deep history and texture to the entire space. Custom-made aged wood tables, rich in feel and character, gently support the dining experience.
The robust presence of the wood forms the store’s framework, making guests feel a sense of both familiarity and peace.
The seating is versatile: an 8-seat counter for chef interaction, 25 table seats for groups, and a 5-seat mini bar for enjoying post-meal drinks
The lighting is intensely focused on classic, warm ambiance. Black steel chandeliers and bracket lights create rhythmic shadows, adding depth. Glass pendants above counters and tables cast a soft glow, illuminating the food and faces beautifully.
"Yogini Mangiare" is more than just a place to eat; it's a space where memories handed down through time and the warmth of the materials come together, allowing conversation to flow naturally and lasting memories to be made.
